Installation & Pricing Disclosure
New equipment shall be attached to existing plenum(s), ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical, gas lines, drain lines, and flue pipe as applicable. All new installations also include a basic digital thermostat, new emergency drain pan, and safety float switch, as applicable. Any additional items may incur an additional charge. Any accessories requested shall be quoted as an additional charge. Prices include all applicable discounts, special offers, coupons, and rebates. 100% financing available with approved credit through participating lenders. Financing terms are subject to change without notice.
What Might Affect Your Final Price
Our published prices cover standard installations. Here are the most common variables that can add to the final cost — we'll always quote any extras upfront before work begins.
Ductwork
If your existing ductwork needs repairs, modifications, or replacement to properly support the new system, that will be quoted separately.
Electrical
Older homes sometimes need electrical upgrades — a new dedicated circuit or disconnect box — to safely support modern high-efficiency equipment.
Access & Location
Attic installs, tight crawlspaces, or difficult access locations (like enclosed closets) may require additional labor time.
Permits
Some cities in our service area require a mechanical permit for HVAC installations. Where required, permit fees are passed through at cost.
